About copper research peptides
GHK-Cu is a tripeptide - glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine - in complex with copper, and it is the compound this category is built around. It has been studied since the 1970s for copper coordination and, more recently, for gene-expression signalling and extracellular-matrix research.
The copper complex is what makes it different to handle and different to price. A vial labelled 50mg refers to the peptide portion; the total complex weighs more once the coordinated copper is counted, and the released batch report states both figures explicitly. Two vials both labelled 50mg can therefore contain measurably different amounts of peptide if one supplier weighs the complex and the other weighs the tripeptide. Ask which figure a label refers to before comparing on price per milligram.
GHK-Cu also appears as a component of the KLOW blend, where it is the largest fraction by mass. If a per-component purity figure matters for the work, the standalone vial is the format that provides one.
